Room was decent, it had been updated nicely. However, the beds were on metal springs that made a really LOUD "boing" when getting in and out of bed, and sometimes when turning over. Also, we were there 3 nights, and NEVER had any room service, so by the time we left the trash was overflowing, and had to go get a new box of Kleenex and t.p.
