Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at Velas Vallarta! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Marcelino at Andreas for outstanding service, Edwin at the beachside restaurant, and Antonio for taking such great care of us by the pool.
One of the biggest highlights was the incredible variety of gluten-free food. Every meal had plenty of delicious options, making it one of the easiest vacations we've had with dietary restrictions.
This is truly an all-inclusive resort. The only thing we signed for our entire stay was room service—no surprise charges.
The grounds are beautiful and full of wildlife. We loved seeing the peacocks, raccoons, and fish, and the gift shop even sells fish food, which was a fun activity for the kids.
The beach was very clean, although the water is too rough for swimming. The main pool always had activities going on throughout the day, so there was never a shortage of entertainment.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Velas Vallarta to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly resort with incredible service.
