Avani Royal Zona T Bogotá Hotel

Outstanding service from the gentlemen who help you arriving and leaving with your luggage. Outstanding location. Nicely appointed comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite good. Lunch service and quality of food in the restaurant was belabored and of average at best quality for premium price.

From the moment I checked in Ana Maria was extremely friendly and helpful. I requested an upgrade as a 'gold member' and although there were no rooms available I did get a room on the top 7th floor which had just been renovated. The room was spacious en very clean with all the necessary amenities and a Nespresso coffeemaker. The bed was very confortable and everything the bathroom was very clean. The hotel itself is very well situated right in the heart of 'Zona T' with several big shops, malls and restaurants. Extremely convenient! Nevertheless I was never bothered by any of the sounds on the street. The buffet breakfast is very good and I must mention Juan, who from the very first day, was never too busy to help with whatever request I had. When my light switch didn't function, it was Isabel who fixed it! To all the staff I forgot to mention earlier, especially the tall doorman who told Ana Maria to give me some tips on safety when on the streets, thank you all for a very pleasant stay in your hotel! I will for sure return and recommend your hotel to all my friends. They say 'location is everything', which the hotel for sure is: very centrally located in a very good and pleasant neighbourhood. But it is ultimately the staff of the hotel who made this short trip to Bogota for me an unforgettable experience!

Great location, nice rooms and great prices too
