The staff at the hotel are very well mannered and friendly
The rooms are clean and well maintained
They offer several very good amenities
The breakfast is very good .
The restaurant manager was very accommodating
He managed to get us what we asked for . We asked for cake in the morning to celebrate our granddaughters birthday . He got it for us with a candle . I asked for a fruit not in the buffet and he sourced that too.
The staff at the check in counter were also very accommodating.
We will definitely make this our stop on our next trip to Chennai
