We had a lovely room . This was a treat for my daughter and I . Booked this as had a pool , sauna etc . Last day booked pool at 11am . What chaos . 8 under 18s in pool diving , jumping taking photos . Also parents with kids not being supervised. Bombing swimmers , going into sauna and steam room and bubble pool . So disruptive and loud with shouting and screaming. Complained to reception desk at pool they said sorry yes it wasn’t acceptable but these were hotel guests !! She offered us a free session. But we have travelled quite far to come to the Hilton so of little use. Told your American duty manager who thanked me for the feedback and shook my hand saying he would bring it up in his manager meeting. No off of a coffee / drink …anything . Guess he doesn’t mind a bad review having felt a handshake would make up for the rammy in the hotel pool with no staff dealing with it . Poor for such a nice hotel .

Super happy. This property did it and I Will explore others Hiltons as a consequence.
