Great rooms and hotel, but very helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, they assisted with our Uber pick up, texting the driver he has the wrong location.
They also recommended a few good restaurants for us to try out. On top of that they offered us a bottle of mineral water and two glasses of wine, just for signing up for the rewards program.
Their breastfast buffet has a lot of options, never ever bored of our 3 mornings and two nights of stay.
On our last day we try out their rooftop swimming pool, after a hot day venturing out, it's a nice to dip in the pool sipping glasses of wine.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and graciously welcomed by the staff, which was wonderful, especially after a 12+ hour flight. The room was very clean and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was GREAT; very walkable to a variety of cuisine, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation (tram/bus). This hotel is not ideal for travelers with personal vehicle, as I did not see designated parking spaces or a valet service. If considering this hotel for your stay, I would strongly encourage booking.
