It is a lovely and charming heritage hotel that is extremely comfortable with spacious rooms and is in a prime location. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming - they were truly exceptional. The bathroom was a good size but some of the fittings have worn with time and there are a few things we feel were missing from the tea and coffee station. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights here. Check in was incredibly smooth and fast. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location allowed us to travel to the city center for shopping and to Southbank on foot.
The architecture has great character. We liked that the room's design and furniture selection retained most of the building's old world charm. It was incredibly spacious and had high ceilings which is rare in apartments today, much less hotels.
If we were nitpicky, the only thing we wished for was access to the balcony where we could perhaps lounge in the evenings.

This was our second stay here and we love everything about the treasury. It's cozy, convenient, room service was amazing and the staff are so lovely.
