This hotel is at a calm neighborhood away from the hustles and bustles of Munich city. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional and amazing with lots of variety food options and ample seating. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel and highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy city life.

It was very good

This was a great price on a wonderful room a short tram ride into Munich. The bar is wonderful, and the bar staff was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the property is both beautiful and spotless. The only issue is that they would not give us instant 4 coffee packets for 4 guests in one room. Their free lobby coffee does not start until 10 a.m. and they were very rigid about that. They refused to restock our coffee in the room daily during a five day stay and could not give the packets to us upon request. They sent us to the restaurant but the staff there was very unfriendly and borderline mean about it (and the coffee from the restaurant was too strong). I ended up searching down a housekeeping cart daily to get coffee, which blemished an otherwise wonderful stay. I would still recommend, but they need to get it together on the coffee issue.
