The staff, especially the valet attendants, were very polite and helpful.
The location was perfectly situated in the middle of Vail Village.
The rooms were a little dated but clean.
I think the AC in one of our rooms was not working as they placed a stand alone AC unit in the room. It was loud but worked well to keep the room cool.
The beds were comfortable. No complaints here.
The gym was great. It was spacious and had a good mixture of equipment and plenty of cardio machines.
All in all, a great stay.

One of the top hotels in the area - excellent location, service, rooms, staff, grounds, etc. rates are high - though summer and fall are reasonable compared to winter.
