8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
We had a great stay. Staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The location was great and they offered a shuttle to take you within a 2 hour radius. We went to Assembly Row and had a great time.

The hospitality is always on cue; quick responses from service representatives with a professional tone. The room was very clean as always. The drawers in room 200 would not stay closed causing an inconvenience especially for my children. Only one of the elevators worked. A huge concern is that the elevator does not have an automatic stop. We witnesses 2 other customers having to pull their limbs out.

Great Staff, room was nice.
Stayed here because cheaper than downtown Boston, and the public transport to town was not far away,
We checked in early, a room was available so we went there and it hadn’t been cleaned. No biggie as we were just dropping luggage off and heading to the city anyways.
Breakfast was nice, parking was easy.
