Comfortable Bed and Great Breakfast!

This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. The water temperature is also unpredictable, turning hot when the knob is turned to the cold position and vice versa. Overall, it's a reasonable-priced hotel in Montrose, but if you want a good experience, I'd recommend a holiday in Express or Hampton Inn.
