Iconic hotel on La Concha beach. Can't beat the location! Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet so yummy, although not inexpensive. The restaurant and bar staff on point. Front desk team helpful. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds."
The hotel is "older" and we had some issues with our air conditioning maintenance responded changed filters, but it never got to a temperature that was cool enough for us; but it was also a heatwave, so I assume the system was stressed out. We had an ocean view which was amazing although the room itself was smaller than expected. Large bathroom!
Overall, great stay!

Service and location is great. Staff are really attentive (patio bar, inside bar and in the reception.) Practical parking (close to the hotel). Somewhat overpriced.
