Overall good place for the money we paid. Great customer service. They booked early morning transportation to the airport and they even rescheduled earlier at our request without extra charges.

Excellent daily breakfast - great options and plentiful. Location of hotel is excellent. Small elevators but they work! Solid choice!

Clean room, delicious breakfast and a charming character. The location is decently close to Colleseum and train station.

Very impressed with hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful. We got at hotel early before check in and they let us keep luggage there while we did a tour of coliseum. Had trouble figuring out air until we put key card in slot. Breakfast was okay. The pineapple juice, coffee, and muffins were the best. I would stay here again
