The staff is absolutely amazing.
Very attentive and always willing to help.impressive throughout and considerate of their work.
They seem to go out of their way to make sure that everyone is comfortable. Highly recommended them throughout the hotel industry. Lessons could be learned. More hotels should be like them. I have been staying here for awhile because I’m waiting for my living situation is complete. I will truly miss the Chester inn and suites.
It’s a pleasure writing about the hotel.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because my stay was a mix of positives and negatives.
The front desk staff was very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and I appreciated the excellent customer service. The room itself was nice and comfortable.
However, I was disappointed that there was no breakfast and the pool was closed, even though both were listed as amenities online when I booked. We still paid the full price for the room despite those amenities not being available, which was frustrating.
I also noticed trash behind the bed and dresser, which made it seem like the room hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been.
Overall, the staff was great, but I hope the hotel updates its online listings when amenities are unavailable and pays closer attention to room cleanliness.
