The Intercontinental Hotel, Tokyo Bay was very impressive. A beautiful hotel. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally professional, including the concierge desk staff and the room service staff. Overall, I give Intercontinental Tokyo Bay a 10/10.
