Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Should provide bath towels holders so bath towels would dry out.

Very convenient to the station and there is a nice mall connected to the property. 7-Eleven is also on site. Not as good of a selection but very convenient. I liked staying away from busy Yokohama Station and the price was decent for the time of year. Lots of restaurants conveniently located at the station and hotel.

Double room on 19th floor was clean and servicable but quite small. Front desk responded very promptly to a request for extra pillow and towels.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options including steak. Well located very close to both the Yokohama metro line and the high speed train line stations.
