Lovely hotel, quite far from old town but tram is walkable. Staff were lovely and helpful.
We visited in heatwave, the hotel provided fans even sourced a 2nd on request but the room remained extremely hot and made sleeping uncomfortable without aircon.

Enjoyable weekend break, hotel had all we needed, just a short walk to the #81 & #82 trams, and a good choice at breakfast.
