The staff was wonderful and a big thanks for לאת she was so cute and helpful person and all time was calling to take care of us and she helped with checking in with a lot person in reception

We stayed at Leonardo Club Hotel Dead Sea for a family vacation. The hotel has a lot of potential because it has a private beach near the Dead Sea, a spa with a saltwater pool and jacuzzi, and an excellent regular swimming pool.
However, the hotel needs immediate renovation, as the building itself is in very poor condition. We received a renovated room, but even there, the room did not have a hair dryer. When I called room service and asked for one, they promised to bring it to me, but I never received it.
This was very disappointing and showed poor customer service. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the hotel and the service issues, I would not recommend staying here.
