We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to the top floor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was clean and well maintained.
The hotel provided plenty of thoughtful amenities, including a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, and other essentials, which were a nice touch. The staff were consistently friendly throughout our stay. When we checked out, they kindly stored our luggage for us while we explored the city, and even gave us a complimentary biscuit before we left, which was a lovely gesture.
The only slight downside is that the hotel is a little further from Barcelona's main attractions, so be prepared for a bit of walking (we easily did over 20,000 steps a day!). That said, we knew the location beforehand, and it wasn't enough to take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome.
