The room was good, clean and big enough for 3 people.
Staff were very helpful and helped plan trips using trains and what lines to transfer at and planed it all out on paper for me to follow.
Breakfast was delicious, lots of options even for fussy kids.
Location is amazing, right near disney, right near the bus and train stations and I kid you not we could look out our window and see them all but never herd a sound.
Only slight issue was the pool, very hard to find and I was given the incorrect time to use it twice, so we never ended up using it.

Wonderful hotel. Room was clean, well appointed, great shower, housekeeping excellent.
Breakfast offered Japanese and western food so you can try a bit of other items. There was convenience store near restaurant that was handy.
The pool was lovely and cool on these hot days I still don’t think guests should have to pay to use it.
This hotel was 5min walk from monorail and 35-40 to Tokyo station.
We would you them again
