The location is great, near to subway, near the Central Park. The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff of the hotel is very friendly

Good stay for UES for family of 5 if you don’t mind using public transport. It was clean and staff was friendly.

The suite was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Functionally, it was lacking. There weren't enough hooks or bars to hang a used towel. I would prefer reusing towels because of the expense and environmental impact of laundering towels after one use.
I would have preferred more space to place toiletries in the smaller bathroom. The smaller bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff at the time of check out.
Lastly, the TV offerings were not of interest and quite lacking. There was no ability to access my Netflix account or HBO.
