Kiesha at the front desk was amazing. So helpful. Explained all the places to go, where to eat, and made navigation simple. She was also helpful with anything we needed at the hotel.

Hotel overall nice. Valet wasn't always prompt and clothing iron that was asked for was never delivered.

Great location in French Quarter with delicious restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I especially loved the balcony room, watching the traffic and people in mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and air worked wonderfully. Helpful staff too. I would stay here again.
