The hotel manager, Jheneel is one the the BEST staffs I have even seen. She knows how to take care of customers. I met her at our first time staying and she was so smart to realize that we were cold and offer to bring us blankets. As a returned customer, we luckily met her while checking in and she gave us a very warm welcome “benefit” that makes us feel like home. This hotel will always be on our sweet hotel list. Thanks, Jheneel.
