8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts of thievery and one physical attack. It is not a safe place.

Clean and close to the airport

Amazing location. 4 tram stops away from airport. It takes just 10-15 minutes door to door. The tram stop is literally opposite the hotel. The same tram will take you in 20 minutes to the old town and main train station. Great.
Room was clean and big, bed very comfortable. Sound proofing really great. All one needs for a good sleep.
Will 100% stay again.
