This is a beautiful historic home in an absolutely charming little town. We loved our stay here. As a bonus, the breakfast was delicious! The eggs had a fantastic, fresh herbed flavor and the gluten free waffle was the BEST waffle I’ve ever eaten!

Beautiful home, well maintained, and a great experience. We felt at home and lucky to experience staying somewhere with so much character. It really feels like you’re in a different time. The breakfast was delicious and room was clean and comfortable. One slight negative was the water for the shower was temperamental…but everything else was perfect!

Peaceful & quiet, and it really feels like a step back in time. We had a wonderful stay in Ferndale, and our hosts at the mansion were amazing! Homemade breakfast every morning, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves most of time! It was a very nice experience. Totally recommend & would definitely go back!

The gingerbread mansion was an absolute treat! It completely exceeded my expectations. The decor was true to the period our room was spacious, the morning breakfast were fantastic, and the staff was available for whatever we needed.
