Very helpful staff, clean, conveniently located, and parking available. The restaurant is super good. Great hotel!

Room was clean, but had a funny smell. I am wondering if a dog may have been in there prior to our stay the next day they did a very detailed cleaning and then it smelled much better and was not an issue. I loved the set up of the room for a family and the location is also overall great.

Our stay at Hotel Cascada was really delightful! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted so warmly by the front desk staff (thank you, Reya!) and taken care of throughout our stay. The amenities—including the water refilling station, little extras in the bathroom, and in-room fridge—made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is central enough that you can get around easily without being too loud or in the middle of too much commotion. I’m definitely adding Hotel Cascada to my Lucerne list for when I return!
