In a room with no air conditioning. With window open it was very noisy especially in the morning, with bin men, dray men etc....

Located in centre of town, ideal for visiting the cathedral, food was fine, with buffet breakfast which suited us. Bedroom and bathroom were both clean and a comfortable bed ensured a good nights sleep.

I would give the hotel 10/10 but would make comment on the bathroom. The corner shower was very difficult to get into as the doors did not open far enough so one had to squeeze through them. I am of medium build with a 36” waist. A person bigger than that could not get into the shower.
