This is an excellent place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The business Center on the 9th floor is a great perk, it is open 24/7. It offers a continental breakfast, snacks, sodas, juices, coffee, tea and water at no extra charge. In the evening they have hors d'oeuvres (appetizers) and 2 alcoholic beverages at no additional cost. These are included in the business price of the hotel stay. That is excellent. The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is also great! Anything you want. Also, included in the price of the hotel stay.
I invited friend who we’re not hotel guests to the breakfast buffet and the appetizers at the business center for an extra charge and it was great. Thanks to all the staff but specially to Joselyn, Rodrigo, Damian (Roberto), Evelin, Helen, Gabriela, Agustin, and Jaziel. They have an amazing team! Everybody was quite friendly.
The room was comfortable 2 quern size beds with a bathroom, spacious enough for the three of us. The swimming pool and hot tub were great too. The staff Natura Spa were very nice. The showers and sauna there are also clean and excellent.
Nothing bad to say about this place. I love it and highly recommend it.
