We had a wonderful stay at Kanko Hotel Nagoya. The staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. We needed to adjust our room arrangements and add an extra room, and they handled our request with kindness, understanding, and efficiency.
What stood out the most was how friendly they were to the children traveling with us. They made our family feel genuinely welcome, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciate your excellent service and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Nagoya.
