The room was clean and in good condition. Everything that should have been was included with the room. The parking lot is on the small side eith very limited parking for bigger vehicles such as pickups and suvs. The only issue I had was with the smoke detector. It started chirping and announcing loudly that the battery needed to be changed at 3 am while I was trying to sleep. The staff was not answering the phone forcing me to walk up to the office. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to wait for the maintence staff to come on later in the morning for it to be remedied. Fortunetly I was able to disable the detector on my own so that I could get some more sleep.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Much moving than hotels of similar rate. Dog friendly room was much appreciated. Very close to dining choices and a brewery next door on the water

Clean, sweet, great location and price for the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice- hardwood floors, coffee makers, mini fridge.
Easy parking on site.
I liked this hotel much better than some of the other more expensive hotels in the same area.
It has a little bit of a musty smell but not bad- it’s to be expected of a beach hotel!!!
