A quick stay - so can't give 5* to something I didn't experience properly - nice clean room in a quirky but clean hotel - bedding was fabulous. Only met 2 staff - in and out - totally fine.

A pleasantly quirky place, and the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Rooms were fresh and spotlessly clean. No noise from inside the hotel, and little from outside. Bar was good value. The cooked breakfast wasn't great, and I didn't feel particularly good value, but the continental breakfast was very good value and very tasty and fresh. Would happily stay again!

Quirky old building, lots of steps to watch out for upstairs, room full of caracter but also very dark due to lack of natural light. In a good location for the centre of Worcester.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, decor a little tired but it’s an old building so in keeping, bed and especially the pillows were really comfy my room was at the back and was really quiet, my daughter’s was at the front and the road was noisy quite late into the night. Breakfast was lovely with cooked food to order which was perfectly cooked. All the staff we had contact with were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again ( as long as I get a room at the back! )
