Alexandra and next shift front desk staff extended exceptional customer service to us. She is an asset to this property and makes guests feel welcomed. We appreciated the attention and conversation. We were completely satisfied with our stay and wanted to reserve a room later in the week, however, we waited and there was no availability for our desired date.
This location deserves 5 stars!
