Avis et évaluations
10 / 10Remarquable·juill. 2026
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I appreciated the special recognition and treatment during my stay. The staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was positive.
My only concern was the parking fee. At $30 per night, I found it quite expensive, especially since there is enough parking available within the hotel complex. I was told the fee was introduced because, due to the hotel's proximity to Midway Airport, some travelers had historically left their vehicles there instead of using airport parking.
However, the hotel already provides dashboard parking permits to guests, which could be used to distinguish authorized hotel guests from unauthorized vehicles. Enforcing parking based on those permits would seem like a more reasonable approach than charging all guests a significant nightly parking fee.

The staff were extremely accommodating

There was a slight smell to the room but that was the only complaint. Staff was nice, breakfast was serviceable, and the pool was small but clean.

Good service and amenities. I would book here again.
