We were able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature even though there were record high temps. You can't hear noise coming from any of the other rooms or hallway which was great. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but what we did was great.

Loved the location. We were immediately next to buses and a train station and within a 10 minute walk of museum island and the Berlin TV tower. The hotel, with its George Baselitz themed art was quirky and fun. Exceptional and helpful staff, nice room and a good bar for a cocktail. Breakfast prices were quite high, and the breakfast buffet was good, but choose breakfast included if you have that option!

Excellent stay overall. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the location is hard to beat—very central and just steps from a subway station, making it easy to get anywhere in Berlin.
I also appreciated the hotel’s sauna and gym, which were well maintained and a great way to relax after long days of exploring the city.
My only criticism is the bed. The hotel uses a soft mattress topper, which I found uncomfortable, particularly as a side sleeper and someone with occasional lower back issues. Others may enjoy the softer feel, but it didn’t provide enough support for me.
