There was no air conditioning in the bedroom as it was broken
The A la Carte menu choices was the same every day we ask for Fries and was told the kitchen did not have the facilities for this?
The reception staff were receptive but looked glum - we asked if they could arrange for a taxi for us and was told they would not do this
The setting was breathtaking
The spar and pool facilities were good
The female bar tender was very helpful and accommodating with requests
The cleaning ladies were cheerful and very helpful

This is a fabulous hotel. Great value for money, I could have stayed longer. Lovely facilities, spa and food and the view was amazing. We stayed in the delux or premier rooms and they were fantastic.
We struggled a little as none of the staff could understand much English, but we managed with google translate.
This is defiantly a hidden gem of a hotel.
