Room was clean and staff were really helpful. Some noise on a night.

Staff are friendly and good at what they do. Showers are superb. Bar area is nice. Pool is fantastic. Pleased to see more security on the baggage storage area.
Rooms are a bit tired. Check in is still very slow, I don’t know why it takes so long.
Third time we have stayed here so it is doing a lot of things very well. There is one thing that needs putting right and that is an early check in charge. I stay in hotels most weeks and have never been charged for checking in early anywhere.

I think the room and and bathroom could have been cleaner - There was a lot of mold around the shower
