Room was very clean, great breakfast, definitively a great option for family with kids. Staff not friendly, costumer service very poor. Not rude in any way possible but not attentive, you do not feel welcome.

Stayed just for a night. Close to the airport. There were ants in the room but otherwise, once cleared, it was a good stay. Our waiter at the steakhouse didn't seem to want to serve us but the food was delicious lol
