8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
It is right on the city center and Puerta del Sol. It is surrounded by restaurants and stores. The staff was great; the front desk and the cleaning ladies. Breakfast was good. The hotel needs some renovation and get rid off carpets on the halls that could make easier rolling the heavy luggage.

Room a bit small for 3 people but spacious bathroom and location was great. Staff helpful and kind, letting us to our room earlier than check in time. Thanks
