The staff were friendly and open to help. This was the first hotel I booked on my own and they made the process easy. The room I stayed in was clean, well-stocked, and accessible. The only thing I would critique is the elevator. A few times I used it my key card took a moment to register. Outside of that, the stay I had was terrific and I plan to come back again soon.
