Room was clean. Staff was not receptive to our needs concerning fresh washcloths. I wasn't told they didn't have any AFTER I was told to deposit my used ones in the dirty hamper. What! Why wasn't I told they didn't have any fresh ones before that. Otherwise no problems with the stay.

I've stayed at this place 2x now and about to do a third. It's in a really good location. Close to shopping areas and only like 15 min from downtown Nashville

Our toilet was stopped up when I called downstairs they said ok. We left for a couple hours when came back still not addressed. I called back downstairs and they said they were busy. We waited a little then went downstairs where we saw a plunger just sitting in hall not sure if meant for us but we used and all was good. Never did any employee ever ask or make contact to correct.
