An excellent hotel.
The only issue was that when we booked the hotel with Expedia we were advised that we would get 20% off the food items if we dined in the hotel. When we raised this with the restaurant and hotel staff they knew nothing about this offer. WE DID DINE ATTHE RESTAURANT BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THIS OFFER. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEIR OFFER WAS VALID.

Absolutely perfect location. You can walk anywhere you need to go , to the waterfront, shopping and attractions . Clean and comfortable. Just don’t buy anything at the hotel as prices are five times what they are a block away. Paid $27 for a beer on the rooftop patio and $9 for a coffee on the patio.

The front of desk staff were so helpful upon my arrival, especially Emre.
He went above and beyond to explain the hotels location & facilities
He helped us book a tour guide to make the most of our short stay & he helped arrange the transportation to the airport

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of sultanahmet in the old town within walking distance to all the sights and both bazaars. The rooms are beautifully decorated and every details is taken care of. The staff are lovely and so helpful with recommendations. Without doubt, if we come back to istanbul, we will stay here. Thoroughly recommend.
