The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there).
The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was almost non-functional - meaning too weak.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Could use more washers and dyers or updated ones but still a great hotel over all’
