Easy check in. Clean hotel and room. Quiet facility and close to mall and restaurants. We called for an extra blanket and staff delivered quickly.

We have stayed at this location every time we come to visit in West Virginia for the past 3 years. We absolutely love Angel, the awesomeBreakfast lady! She is so friendly and always remember us.
The hotel is very clean and very well kept. The housekeeping staff also did a really nice job on our room. My only complaint is that the hotel has a sign stating that if you have a special dietary need to let them know. I notified them a week in advance that we were going to be there for 5 days and I requested turkey sausage due to a pork allergy.. There was only enough turkey sausage for one day and we did not get any the rest of the time.
