I’ve stayed here a few times while flying in and out of Mesa Gateway. There was some confusion this time about the airport shuttle and parking rules. I was told that you can only use the shuttle and park if your flight is at the same day you fly out (not when you fly back). No worries, though, I just know for next time.
Every staff member smiled, and was genuinely pleasant. Comfy beds, too!

The lock getting into my room was not working. Having the keycard reprogrammed numerous times did not fix the issue.

Beds were super comfy, rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good too
