It was a great stay but the only thing I'm worried about is I haven't gotten my refund from the deposit that they took

I've spent close to 2000 in this hotel. The hotel is always nice and clean and I love the staff. The general manager needs more training on how to deal with customers. He's very rude to everyone, and everyone complains about how he speaks to them. I'm also speaking from direct experience with him. The staff as a whole is amazing, but the GM is bringing the place down.
