Our main complaint was the food. They serve an "international" menu for dinner, which is great, but the chef seems to be guessing what those dishes are supposed to be. Pizza was completely inedible (zero sauce, a too thick covering of some sort of cheese on a crust made of scone mix), lasagna was clearly frozen then microwaved, and fries that were somehow damp. I had visions of Dave Ramsey yelling at the kitchen staff.
Apart from the food, everything was adequate. They didn't have blankets in the room but were happy to bring us some. I'm assuming they don't feel the need for blankets in Amazonia.
The room itself was a bit more Spartan than expected. Small and no-frills but perfectly adequate.
Everyone was friendly. So that's good.
