Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
While the lobby and other shared areas are beautiful and well-maintained, the room had a dormitory feel - ie: minimalist and not particularly welcoming. The folks at the breakfast place are lovely - above and beyond, but the front desk staff are 'meh'.
If you get laundry done, you must go and collect it at the front desk. Just fyi. Don't wait like I did. Also, they provide bath and hand towels but no washcloths.
All of that said, if you like a sauna and cold plunge, onsite bar and restaurant, plus a great location and you're finding the The Address price is right for you, by all means book it. That's what I did. I spent very little time in the room. Agyle and St. Vincent Streets, Kelvingrove Gallery, The Necropolis...are walkable or a short uber ride. Some of the best shopping 'Style Mile' is right out the front door.

Very much on the pricier side if you plan to stay more than 1 night but the price does reflect just how nice of a hotel it is. Staff were always friendly and willing to help and the facilities including the room were to a great standard.

Fab hotel in a great location just a 5 minute walk from Central or Queen Street train stations.
The hotel is spotless, staff helpful and breakfast hearty. Highly recommend.
