Great staff and a great location. Check in was friendly and super quick. The restaurant (Alouette) in the lobby serves delicious food and drinks.
I have only 2 complaints about our stay: the King sized mattress in our suite did nothing to isolate my girlfriend's movement and I was awakened by even the slightest shift. The air conditioning system is abnormally loud, and as our recent stay was in the summer, it blew frequently and was loud enough that I required ear plugs to sleep, and even then it was difficult.
Other than those issues, I really enjoyed my stay. It's a very nice property and located very centrally.

Great (2) night stay with family on vacation. Room was very nice, and staff was great to work with (bag check, early check-in accommodation, getting early AM taxi). Great location for all the downtown sites.

A GEM! In addition to a great location, what wonderful staff and lovely, well appointed rooms! We spent a week in Vancouver and could get everywhere via tube, bus and walking. Everyone at the hotel was kind and welcoming—highly reccomend.
