The best massage ever! Rossella provided a great massage. She is also very spiritual and I felt she did a great job of removing any negative energy. Great start to the holiday!!! Thank you

We have been staying at this hotel for several years now for our anniversary. The owner Paola managed to extend our stay this year, which was perfect as it was also my birthday.
Yonel at reception took great care of our throughout our stay, taking care of all our restaurant reservations, aperitivi on the terrace, taxis bookings, spa massages, our boat trip to Portofino ect.
For us, this hotel offers us everything we could ask for a mini break away.

Hotel Vis a Vis is absolutely gorgeous! I am truly overwhelmed with its beauty and the amazing staff. The front desk staff are so welcoming with outstanding customer service. The view from the rooftop is beyond imagination-one of the most beautiful views in Italy. Maurizio at the restaurant is just incredible. The food delicious. Due to train strike , Laura arranged Khalid to drive me to Rapollo. She and he have outstanding care for the customer, along with Maurizio, entire front desk, bar manager and staff-everyone truly above n beyond!
