This was my 2nd time staying at Hotel Pilitas. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist for any needs quickly. Every day there was someone out cleaning/sweeping the walkways which I appreciated.
Some items could use some upgrading of course. Perhaps new showerheads of possible and a glass pane in the bathroom could use replacing.
But I felt safe at this location most of all as there was always someone at the front desk when we would return to the room. Hot water was always on point. Fridge kept items exceptionally cold. I did ask for more towels for the room in between service to the room but our request was fulfilled politely and expeditiously. Looking forward to another visit soon!

This is a cute inexpensive option. I love the penthouse, there are several. It’s not an elevator building, so that requires climbing four or five flights of stairs. I’m going back immediately.
